Frozen items are packed in temperature controlled packaging with ice packs to keep product frozen for the duration of the 24hr shipping process.

Our courier (DPD) will be instructed to leave your order in a safe place if no one is available to receive it. Deliveries cannot be delayed / changed once dispatched.
