Questions

There is no minimum order amount at A.R.T Foods, we are dedicated to providing you with our products regardless of order size. All delivery charges still apply.

We need 24 - 48 hours to process any order made online before dispatch.


Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday but if you have a specific day in mind, please email in and we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests. When you place your order online, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order and payment, following that you will get notified by email that your order has been dispatched.

Due to the frozen nature of A.R.T Foods products we are unable to deliver outside Mainland UK (and remote parts of Scotland). This is due to there being no next day delivery service available.

All our products are delivered in special thermal packaging to keep the products frozen for the duration of the delivery process.


It is not necessary for you to be in to sign for the parcel, as long as there is somewhere safe that we can leave your goods. We can give the courier instructions, such as "leave in garden shed" or "please leave in porch". We can also arrange for the delivery to be delivered to another address, such as your workplace or a neighbour. Please note that changes to the delivery instructions cannot be made once the items have been dispatched.


The products are transported in insulated polystyrene or foil lined boxes, carefully packed by hand with ice packs which help to keep the products at the correct temperature. Our courier collects from us in the late afternoon and the goods will arrive with you by 6pm the following day, meaning frozen products can be transferred to your freezer upon delivery.


Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee in very hot weather that the product will hold in its frozen condition although we pack our products very well as detailed below. Therefore, during a heatwave we will get in touch with you to arrange delivery during a cooler period.has context menu
