Ordering

  • Is there a minimum order amount? +

    There is no minimum order amount at A.R.T Foods, we are dedicated to providing you with our products regardless of order size. All Delivery Charges still apply.

  • When will my order be shipped? +

    We need 24 hours to process any order made online or over the phone before dispatch.

    Although we cannot guarantee dispatching an order placed on the same day, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
    When you place your order online, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order and payment, following that we will get in touch with you either by phone or email to advise a suggested date for delivery. This is usually within 24 hours of placing the order but again, this does depend on our stock levels.
    We are more than happy to have that discussion with you and pride ourselves on our personal service, for which we are often highly commended.

    Christmas Delivery Schedule:

    Due to high volume at this time of year A.R.T. Foods final shipment date for Christmas delivery is 21/12/15 for delivery 22/12/15. Our courier service is closed from 24/12/15 till the 28/12/15. Any orders placed after 21/12/15 will sent out on the 29/12/12 when the service re-opens.

    New Year Delivery Schedule:

    Due to courier closure dates cut off time to receive products before the New Year is the 29/12/15 for deliveries on the 30/12/15. Normal service will then resume on the 4/1/16

    A.R.T Foods will aim to work with its customers to deliver products on the service that are able to provide through their nominate courier but we have to warn this is a very busy time of year for all companies.

  • Placed an order via Phone Order Option +

    Your order has been received by the A.R.T Team and someone will be in touch within 24 hours. They will then send you BACS details and ask you to make payment which they will need to see in the account before processing and shipping the product. Simples!

  • Voucher issues +

    If you are having any problems with your vouchers (which can only be issued by A.R.T Foods) please get in touch with a member of the team.

  • I would like to order Sauces only but do not live in Mainland UK (or parts of Wales) +

    This is not a problem. Simply pop your order in an e-mail on the Contact Us page and a member of the A.R.T Team will be in touch to arrange and invoice with the according shipping rate. These are done on a quotation basis. Once you are happy we will request payment prior to shipping taking place. Once the payment has been successful the product will be shipped and will be with you within 3-5 days.

  • Why dont you deliver to my address? +

    Due to the nature of A.R.T Foods products (except Sauces) we are unable to delivery outside of Mainland UK (and parts of Wales). This is due to no 24 hour delivery service being available to us at this stage. We are working to rectify this to make our products available to everyone.

Delivery

  • How will my order be delivered? +

    All our products are delivered via a dedicated courier service available to A.R.T Foods. Most of our products are delivered in a frozen/semi thawed state.

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee in very hot weather that the product will hold in its frozen condition although we pack our products very well as detailed below.

    It is not necessary for you to be in to sign for the box, as long as there is somewhere safe that we can leave your goods - we can give the courier instructions, such as "Leave in garden shed" or "Please leave in porch". We can also arrange for the delivery to be delivered to another address, such as your workplace or a friendly neighbour.

    The products are transported in an insulated (polystyrene) box, carefully packed by hand with ice packs which help to keep the products down to the correct temperature. Our courier collects from us in the late afternoon and the goods will arrive with you by 6pm the following day, meaning frozen products can be transferred to your freezer or to your fridge if you want them to defrost for use in the next couple of days.

  • When are you able to deliver? +

    Delivery is possible Tuesday - Friday. We are able to deliver Saturdays but there is a surcharge of £20 for this service and orders will need to be made over the phone for this to be processed correctly with the Courier Service. Frozen products are delivered next day after dispatch, before 6pm. Non-frozen products will be delivered within 3 - 5 days of placing the order.

Delivery charges vary depending on postcodes, please use the shipping calculator during checkout to find out charges to your desired postcode

  • What if I have a specific date in mind for delivery? +

    As mentioned in "When are you able to deliver" Saturdays delivery comes with a £20 Surcharge. If you have a specific week day in mind (Tuesday-Friday) please give delivery instructions in the additional information section during checkout and we will be in touch soon after the order is placed to confirm a date and time for delivery.
